THEArtists Gallery/Studios is in the heart of the Argenta Arts District in downtown North Little Rock. The second floor office space is directly above THEA Foundation located at 401 Main Street. The Argenta Arts District, along with its galleries, shops, restaurants and artists, hosts dozens of art events throughout the year including the year-round 3rd Friday Argenta ArtWalk.

THEArtists Gallery/Studios will be the premier location for artists who wish to get out of their homes or garages and establish themselves as true professional artists. Plus, have the prestige of their work displayed in a gallery.

Specifications and benefits:

2. Approximately 90 to 120 square feet of semi-private studio space with south facing windows.
   

3. Five studio spaces available, inclosed in one large suite.
   

4. Studio spaces rent from $250 - $325 per month with utilities paid.
   

5. Large closet with lockers for secure art supply storage.
   

6. Approximately 170 feet of gallery display space for each artist, including the foyer and hallway.
   

7. Restrooms, breakroom, clean-up room with utility sink.
   

8. Twenty percent commissions.
   

9. Three month rental / then month to month.
